Troy is a co-owner of Design 2 Sell and leads the commercial division’s installation team in the field. As a third-generation tile setter with over 25 years of experience, he brings a deep-rooted knowledge of the trade and a true mastery of his craft. Troy’s hands-on leadership, combined with his strong people skills, ensures projects are executed with precision, efficiency, and a high level of professionalism. Roxanne serves as a Manager at Design 2 Sell and has been a valued part of the industry since 2013. With a sharp eye for detail and a passion for thoughtful design, she consistently delivers beautiful, well executed spaces. As an accomplished interior designer, Roxanne has successfully managed large-scale projects, ensuring each one reflects both quality craftsmanship and intentional design. Megan is the Chief Administrator at Design 2 Sell and has been an integral part of the team since the company opened in 2019. Highly organized and dependable, she serves as the backbone of daily operations, providing essential support to both the sales team and clients. Megan keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes, ensuring clear communication, efficient processes, and a seamless experience from start to finish. THOR
PAWSITIVITY MANAGER
Thor is our professional office pup and beloved showroom greeter. He joined the Design 2 Sell team as a puppy and has been delighting guests ever since. An expert in his field, Thor welcomes every visitor with a wagging tail and a joyful wiggle, ensuring everyone feels at home in the showroom.
When he’s not greeting guests, Thor enjoys chasing ducks on Big Detroit Lake, playing with his “kids,” and showing off his extensive collection of stylish bandanas. Thor is an upbeat, PAWsitive, and hardworking member of the team, spreading smiles wherever he goes.
