OWNER / INTERIOR DESIGNER
Skye, our fearless leader, is an Interior Designer and the Owner of Design 2 Sell. She has been in the Interior Design Industry since 2005 and has built a name for herself through hard work and a constant desire to be the best she can be!
Skye is up-beat, determined, and excellent at communication. When you work with her, you will definitely be taken care of.
She resides on Big Detroit with her husband Troy, and their two children Prim & Titan. They enjoy everything that the Detroit Lakes Community has to offer and spend as much time on the lake as possible.
Troy
Co-Owner / Head Commercial Installation Crew
Troy Fingalson is co-owner and the head of the Commercial Installation crew here at Design 2 Sell. He is a third generation tile installer and has been in the tile industry for over 25 years. Needless to say, he has mastered his trade. His work is evident in all of our commercial projects.
Troy is a Detroit Lakes native and loves this area! In his spare time, he enjoys being with his family, hunting, fishing and spending time on the lake!
ROXANNE
MANAGER / INTERIOR DESIGNER
Roxanne is an Interior Designer and the Manager here at Design 2 Sell. She moved here from South Carolina in September 2020, and has fit in with the Detroit Lakes community perfectly!
Roxanne's attention to detail is second to none.She is extremely proficient in communication and guides her clients through every project in a way that leaves them with zero doubts about their selections.
In her spare time, you will find Roxanne working away in her garden or unwinding on the lake in her kayak!
LETESHA
COMMERCIAL ESTIMATOR
Letesha is our tile expert! She is extremely knowledgeable and well-versed in commercial flooring and tile. She has a true passion for what she does and it shows!
Growing up in DL, Letesha loves the small town feel and being just minutes away from so many beautiful lakes. Letesha is an excellent mother to her two boys and enjoys camping with them whenever she can!
CINDY
PROJECT MANAGER
Cindy Deibert brings over a decade of construction industry experience to her role at Design 2 Sell. Now calling Detroit Lakes home, she plays a vital part in keeping our projects running smoothly—scheduling trades, coordinating timelines, and regularly visiting jobsites to ensure everything stays on track.
Cindy and her husband have lived in eight different homes across four states, giving her a unique perspective on what makes a house feel like home. She’s also a proud and passionate mom who loves spending time outdoors—whether she's biking, hiking, or simply soaking up nature.
With a vibrant personality and a bold fashion sense to match, Cindy brings a fun, energetic vibe to the office every day!
MEGAN
CHIEF ADMINISTRATOR
Megan is the go-to, knows it all, keeps everyone on track, mother hen of the office! She does all of the behind the scenes work and keeps this place running like a well-oiled machine! Besides all that, she brings a contagious upbeat personality to the office.
Megan graduated from DLHS in 2018 and M-State in 2020. While completing her last semester in college, she started at Design 2 Sell and has loved watching the team grow!
Megan is happiest when shes with her husband, their son Ethan, and their puppy Oliver!
HANNAH
Sales and Marketing Assistant
Hannah is the newest addition to the Design 2 Sell team! She joined right out of Detroit Lakes High School after interning with us! Hannah will be assisting with sales and marketing!
When Hannah is not working, she spends as much time on the water as possible- wake surfing and hanging with family. She is also an avid traveler. Aside from working, Hannah is also pursuing a degree in Construction Management and has high hopes for a career in the interior design industry!
